Q. What are the requirements to join e-JetsoNet?

A. All customers who submit trade declaration forms through our dedicated service counters or Ge-TS Pick-up Service are eligible to join e-JetsoNet.

Q. How do I register to become a member of e-JetsoNet?

A.
Customers can become a member of e-JetsoNet by clicking "sign up" located on the top right of e-JetsoNet website. After completing and submitting the registration form we will review it and you will receive a confirmation letter informing you of your membership number and password.

Q. I have submitted the registration form but why haven’t I receiving a confirmation email?

A. We normally require around 4 weeks to process registrations. After we have reviewed the application, we will send a notification email to inform you about your member number and password.

Login
Q. I have already registered but why can’t I login?

A. Once members have successfully registered, they can login to e-JetsoNet by entering their member number and password. Please contact us if you still have not received a notification email informing you of your member number and password 4 weeks after submitting your application.

Q. I forgot my e-JetsoNet password. What should I do?

A. Please click "Forget your password" on the top right corner of e-JetsoNet website. Our system will send an email informing you of your new password.

Gift Redemption
Q. Why isn’t my redemption order being processed?

A. Please note that in order to redeem a gift you must have enough bonus points as the required points of the gift.

Q. I just ordered a gift from e-JetsoNet but why haven’t I received a response?

A. You can click "Redemption History" located on the menu bar of e-JetsoNet website to check details about the processed orders. e-JetsoNet FAQ

Q. Where should I go to collect my gifts?

A. After we have reviewed your order, you will receive a notification email detailing the collection arrangements. Please bring along the printed email and membership card to the designated locations to collect your gift. Please kindly note, without the above documents and membership card, we are unable to process your collection request.

Bonus Points Enquiry
Q. I have just submitted my trade declaration form but why am I not gaining bonus points?

A. Members who submit Trade Declaration Forms through our dedicated service counters or Ge-TS Pick-up Service, and fill in their membership number into the blank box at the top right corner of the Trade Declaration Form will be rewarded with 10 bonus points after forms has been processed. Please also note that we normally require 2-3 days update bonus point records. For bonus points enquiries, please click "Points Balance Enquiry" located on menu bar of e-JetsoNet website.

Q. Why has my bonus point balance decreased?

A. Please note that once we receive redemption orders from our members, the system will automatically deduct bonus points from your accounts. For further details regarding previous redemption orders please check “Redemption History” located on the top menu bar of e-JetsoNet website.

Update of e-JetsoNet Membership Details
Q. How do I update my membership details on e-JetsoNet?

A. To update your membership details, please download the "e-Jetso Club Supreme Member Details Update Form" here. Upon completion of the form, please return form and all necessary documents by fax to 30169317. After receiving the completed form and documents (if applicable), we will process your request within 1 week.

Q. What necessary documents do I need to submit together with the "e-Jetso Club Supreme Member Details Update Form"?

A. For company, please provide company chop for identity verification. For change of company name, please also provide a copy of new "Business Registration Certificate" as supporting document.

Submission of trade declaration forms
Q. Where should I fill in my membership number on the trade declaration form to gain 10 bonus points?

A. You will be awarded 10 bonus points for filling in their membership number into the blank box at the top right corner of the Trade Declaration Form.

Q. Where should I submit my Trade Declaration Forms?

A. When you submit Trade Declaration Forms through our dedicated service counters or Ge-TS Pick-up Service, please fill in your membership number into the blank box located on right corner of the Trade Declaration Form. Once the form has been processed you will be rewarded with 10 bonus points.
